About Gowbell Olympiads
Gowbell Olympiads is an initiative of Gowbell Foundation for the school going children. It gives students an opportunity to track their Academic Performance as well as their Competitive Ability every year followed by winning various Rewards & Recognitions & Cash Awards. In addition to this Gowbell also Rewards and Recognize Teachers & Principals those have made outstanding contribution towards creating a great competitive atmosphere among the students. Since the inception of Gowbell Olympiad, we have Identified, Motivated and Rewarded many Students, Teachers & Principals across the globe and have made them a part of our audacious journey

Olympiad Format
It is the only Olympiad which is available in 2 different formats across all board, i.e.Basix and Prime. Students can take part in any single format as per their choice.Basix is favorable for own school syllabus where as Prime is a mix of school syllabus & analytical ability.

Registration Fee
PLAY‐UKG‐Rs.130/‐ (Including GST) per olympiad is chargeable within the due date i.e.15th August of every year and with a late fee of Rs.20/‐ per subject till 17 August of every year.
STANDARD‐1‐12‐Rs.150/‐ (Including GST) per olympiad is chargeable within the due date i.e. 15 Augustth of every year and with a late fee of Rs.20/‐ per subject till 17 August of every year.
Eligibility
All students studying in Play, Nursery, LKG, UKG & Standard‐1 to Standard‐12 in National curriculums, International curriculums & State board curriculums are eligible to participate.
Medium of the Examinations
For National & International curriculums medium of examination will be in English. The State board curriculums will be in student's respective regional language.
Examination Levels
PLAY To UKG: The Participants has to compete in a Single Level exam i.e. School Level. For primary classes we don't encourage multiple levels of examinations.
Standard‐1 To Standard‐12: The Participants has to compete in 4 Levels i.e. School Level (L‐1), District Level (L‐2), State Level (L‐3) & International Level (L‐4) in Mathematics,Science,English & Computer Science.GK will be a Single Level exam.

NB: -
Consecutive suitable exam dates for carrying out Level‐1 exams must be mentioned in the School Registration Form. The dates has to be preferably between 1st of September of that year to 20th of September of that year for Play To UKG and 1st of October of that year to 20th of October of that year for Standard‐1 To 12.
Admit cards will be issued from Level‐2 Exam Onwards to attain the exam in Gowbell Exam Center.
Except Level‐1 exams all other exams will be conducted at Gowbell Authorized Exam Centers and on Sundays or Public Holidays. Exam intimation to school and SMS alerts to the Studentswill be sentwithin due course of time
Date of Declaration of Results
Results will be declared & published within 15 days of completion of each level of exams but not later than the schedule exam month. Schools can download their student's results or score cards from www.gowbell.org or from the school email id.
Rechecking of Results
Rechecking of Results is permissible within 7 days of the declaration of each level result. The rechecking fee of Rs.100/‐ must be paid and the request must be sent by the principal of the school at results@gowbell.org.Upon receiving the request a revert will be sent within 3 working days.
Selection Criteria
We follow 2 rounds of selection while evaluating the student's performance i.e. Tire‐1 & Tire‐2. All the 2 procedure has been proven a best medium of evaluating tool which actually helps to find out real potential of the students and move them forward. More details here as under.

1) The student participation has to be 70% of the total student strengths so as to claim the rewards & recognition.
2) Minimum 30% from the participated student has to opt for all minimum of 5 combo subjects.
3) In case criteria not met as per point no‐1 or point no‐2 the competition in charge still can qualify to claim the rewards & recognition by increasing the strength of combo participant's or vice versa.

NB: -
1) CAT‐A & CAT‐B School principals are eligible to qualify for International conclave once in every three years.
2) CAT‐C & CAT‐D School principals are eligible to qualify for National conclave once in every three years.
3) Category “E” Schools Principals are not eligible to qualify neither for International conclave nor for National conclave.
4) If the year is not falling for International Conclave or National Conclave then respective cash Award will be paid directly to the Principal Bank Accounts.
5) Minimum qualifying gate for the principal to attain the International Conclave or National Conclave the student participation has to be 70% of the total student strength.
6) Minimum 30% from the participated student has to opt for minimum of 5 combo subjects.
7) In case criteria not met as per point no‐2 or point no‐3 still the principal also can qualify for international conclave or National Conclave by increasing the strength of combo participant’s or vice versa.

ZONAL AWARDS FOR SCHOOL ‐ ACROSS INDIA
The Best School Trophy will also be awarded to the Top‐3 schools from each zone whose students give the best performance in Gowbell‐Hope Talent Hunt Awards. The scores are being calculated by accumulating maximum points in respective zones across all levels as per the following points system.

- Play : The students will be given a sheet to use colors on it so as to make it more beautiful.
- Nursery : The students will be given a sheet to joining the dots in the given picture so as to make it more beautiful.
- LKG & UKG : All Olympiad questions are objective types with 4 options. A student has to tick one right answer against the question. There is no negative marking for the wrong answer.
- STD 1 To 12 : All Olympiad questions are objective types with 3 options (Std. 1 To 3) & 4 options for (Std. 4 to 12)
